Please tell me the total amount of compensation money paid out
to staff as a result of accident or illness at work in the past
three financial years (April 1 2008 to March 31 2011).
Please could this total include all payments regardless of
whether legal proceedings took place or not.
I would like details of payments made in the time period
specified regardless of when the incidents took place.
Please could the total be broken down per payment/accident, in
each case providing details of:
1 the nature of the accident
2 the injury caused
3 the amount of compensation paid out
4 the year in which the compensation was paid
