In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is provided below;

Question 1: None

Question 2: 4 Officers The IPCC directed a supervised investigation, ie, force to investigation under the supervision of the IPCC. The IPCC set terms of reference for investigating officer.

It concerned one incident -

Two complaints of racial abuse, excessive force and mishandling property against 4 PC's following a motorway stop check

Complaints not upheld (Unsubstantiated)

23rd August 2009. No action against the officers.
