Police Station helpdesk survey

About this survey

Cheshire Constabulary is continually looking at ways of improving the service it provides. The organisation regularly seeks feedback from members of the public which helps in understanding what services local people value and what is the most efficient and effective way of delivering the services required.

Cheshire Constabulary is currently carrying out some work to understand the demand for public access at police stations. Currently the Constabulary provides helpdesks at certain police stations throughout the County where staff provide face to face services to members of the public.

It is really important to us to involve Cheshire residents and to capture as many opinions on public access to policing services as possible with the findings informing any decisions we make about improving the service.
