This neighbourhood includes the Countess of Chester Hospital, 2 18 hole golf courses (in Upton & Vicars Cross), Bishops High School, Upton High school and a retail park in Caldy Valley.

The area is primarily residential with parades of shops on Faulkner Street Hoole, Green Lane Vicars Cross & Weston Grove Upton. There are a number of local parks and several neighbourhood pubs. Burglaries - Address a spike in Burglary other offences across the Upton beat area during hours of darkness.

Boughton Heath, Vicars Cross and Huntington

Anti-social behaviour - We continue to receive reports of large groups of youths congregating outside retail premises on the Boughton strip. While this is not an offence some of the behaviours displayed by the youths are not acceptable. Rest assured I will be contacting parents if I have cause to speak to their children.

Theft from motor vehicle - Can I continue to remind residents to ensure that they leave their vehicles locked and secure and that they do not leave valuable items on show during the day and remove them at night.

Reassurance - To give reassurance to the community in Newton.

Partnerships - To build good partnership relationships with local residents and businesses and other agencies to assist in problem solving.
