From 01/03/2012 to 31/03/2012 - Tackle anti-social behaviour
You said: Tackle anti-social behaviour occuring at Worrall Street, Mill Green, Mossley and West Heath Shopping Precinct.
We did: Throughout March, your local officers actively targeted the above areas, engaging with young people and dealing with those who were causing a nuisance and disrupting the community. Officers took details of young people who were acting in an anti-social manner, returning them home to their parents and passing their details onto Cheshire East Council's anti-social behaviour co-ordinator for followup action. Your local Police Community Support Officers also worked closely with Cheshire East Council Wardens and deployed the mobile CCTV camera van in the Mossley neighbourhood to further deter young people from causing a nuisance to local residents. This action proved highly successful with a reduction in anti-social incidents being reported to police over the weekend periods compared to the previous month.
