Local priorities
Local priorities set for the period of 1st May 2012 to
31st May 2012
The local priorities for the month are decided upon by your
local team, in consultation with Sergeant Mick Warren who carries
out a review of all information held on the Police Systems relating
to your area. In addition, information received in other formats,
such as communication to our Neighbourhood Policing Team email
mailbox or talking to one of your team members on foot patrols is
also taken into consideration before the priorities are decided
on.

You said: To tackle anti-social behaviour in the area of the Mayfield Centre during the evenings.
We did: We have increased our foot patrols in the area and have spoken to several local youngsters. Some of these have been given ‘yellow cards’ which will result in a letter being sent to their homes. Any further instances when they are involved in anti-social behaviour will result in a visit to their homes by a PCSO or PC. We have had regular contact with the Mayfield Centre who have reported less problems.
