out a review of all information held on the Police Systems relating
to your area. In addition, information received in other formats,
such as communication to our Neighbourhood Policing Team email
mailbox or talking to one of your team members on foot patrols is
also taken into consideration before the priorities are decided

We did: We held a Driver Engagement Day (DED) on the A537 Chelford Road on 11th April with officers from Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service. 17 vehicles were pulled over for either speeding, not wearing a seat belt or using a mobile phone while driving. All offenders were shown a hard hitting video that illustrates the dangers associated with poor driving. We have also deployed our mobile Speed Indicator Device on both roads which highlights when speeding is more prevalent, which allows us to deploy our staff at the correct times. We held another DED event on the A34 at Marton on Thursday 26th April when we stopped 31 drivers for speeding. We have also issued 22 speeding tickets at the same location which result in a £60 fine and 3 penalty points on the driver’s license.
