Local priorities
Local priorities set for the
period of 1st May 2012 to 31st May 2012
The local priorities for the month are decided upon by your
local team, in consultation with Sergeant Mick Warren who carries
out a review of all information held on the Police Systems relating
to your area. In addition, information received in other formats,
such as communication to our Neighbourhood Policing Team email
mailbox or talking to one of your team members on foot patrols is
also taken into consideration before the priorities are decided
on.

You Said, We Did
-
From 01/04/2012 to 30/04/2012 - Bicycle thefts
You said: Following a number of bicycle thefts in the village, the Town council are keen to raise awareness to owners and provide good quality security marking.
We did: PCSO Chris Luke has secured funding to enable us in partnership with the Town Council to security mark 200 bikes over the coming months. The first event is planned for 5th May when your team will be outside The National Westminster Bank on Park Lane between 12pm-3pm, when any Poynton resident will be able to get their cycles marked for free. There will be further events held until all 200 kits are used, these will be advertised locally.
