Inspector Paul Loughlin
I
am Inspector Paul Loughlin. I have the responsibility for the
Neighbourhood Policing Team in Northwich.
The majority of my policing career has been spent in the CID as
a Detective Constable and Detective Sergeant.
In 2007 I joined the Northwich Neighbourhood Policing Team as a
Sergeant. I later worked on secondment to Vale Royal Borough
Council, leading on tackling anti-social behaviour in Vale
Royal.
Northwich Neighbourhood Policing Team has well established
working arrangements with our local partners. In particular we work
closely with the multi agency Anti-Social Behaviour unit to address
crime and anti-social behaviour issues across
Northwich.
The Neighbourhood Policing Team would like to encourage members
of the community to tell us what they know about issues in their
areas, to enable us to take pro-active steps to tackle them.
The Neighbourhood Policing Team Officers hold regular meetings
in their beat areas. I would like to encourage people to take these
opportunities to shape how we provide a quality and relevant police
service to the people of Northwich.
We aim to ensure everyone is safe, and feels safe.

Local Priorities
Local priorities set for the period of 1st April
2013 to 30th April 2013
Drugs - It has come to our attention that there
has been an increase in the amount of suspicious activity in the
Hunts Lock/The Crescent area of Northwich recently so we will be
stepping up foot patrols in these areas and taking robust action
where offences are committed.
