From 01/04/2012 to 30/04/2012 - Anti-social behaviour
You said: The last local priority set was to tackle anti-social behaviour in and around Orange Grove
We did: Officers have patrolled this area on cycle and foot on twenty two separate occasions between 02/04/2012 and 30/04/2012. An environmental audit has been conducted by officers. This has involved a number of houses being visited. Equally, Golden Gates Housing Association have visited the area and agreed to erect fencing, affording a continuation of the partial fencing that was put up last year. This will run parallel with Capesthorne Road to prevent people cutting through. This should be completed in the next two months. The number of incidents has fallen to three this month. Some youngsters in the area have been identified as throwing stones at properties and have been referred to youth services and diversionary projects. Officers will continue to patrol the area and monitor incidents.

Anti-social behaviour
You said: You raised concerns about anti-social behaviour in the Orange Bruche Park area.
We did: Police and Community Support officers supported by members of the Special Constabulary have patrolled Bruche Park each Friday and Saturday evenings. A small quantity of alcohol has been seized and respective parents notified. It has emerged that some of those responsible for engaging in anti-social behaviour on the Park have gone on to commit theft related offences at the end of March / beginning of April. Several of them have been charged with offences and scheduled to appear before Warrington Youth Courts in the coming weeks. Cheshire Police are committed to taking positive action against those engaging in anti-social behaviour and committing offences. Parents are encouraged to check the whereabouts of their children and ensure they return home at a reasonable hour. There will continue to be an increased presence in this area in the coming weeks.
