Your team

Inspector Sarah Heath

I feel very fortunate to be taking up the position of Stockton Heath Neighbourhood Police Inspector. The wards that my team will cover include Stockton Heath, Hatton, Walton, Appleton, Stretton, Latchford East and West , Lymm , Grappenhall and TheIwall.

I joined Cheshire Police in 1999 and began my career in Warrington. I have had numerous roles including uniformed response, Proactive CID and the Divisional Drugs Unit. Following promotion to Sergeant in 2004 I transferred to Eastern Division covering the areas of Macclesfield , Wilmslow and Knutsford. I also spent time working at headquarters where I was involved in the introduction of Restorative Justice within Cheshire Police. I have spent the last two years working at Knutsford on the Neighbourhood Policing Team.

I am very pleased to be moving back to Warrington and as a resident of the Warrington South my whole life I am looking forward to working in the area with which I have such an affiliation to. This is a post I have wanted for many years.

I am aware of the excellent work within the community which has been undertaken by the team at Stockton Heath over the last few years and I will endeavour to maintain and build upon this success. Officers are achieving excellent results through effective community engagement and partnership working, ensuring that long term solutions can be put in place to deal with specific problems. The communities within this area play an important role in neighbourhood policing, by providing the police with information and effecting police priorities. I would encourage people to come forward and let us know about issues concerning them by either speaking to their local officer, attending a local meeting, visiting the police station or contacting us by phone.

The team here consists of dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who work to not only solve crime and anti social behaviour but also to prevent it happening in the first place. I have been impressed to learn of some of the fantastic initiatives which have been running in this area and I will continue to support and encourage the team in these engagements.

I hope to work closely with all our Partners , volunteers, businesses, community groups and individuals to ensure our area continues to be a great place to live, work and visit.
