How you can let us know what matters to you

You Said, We Did

  • From 01/04/2012 to 30/04/2012 - Anti-social behaviour

You said: As the nights are getting lighter we are having problems with nuisance youths in the Whitecross area using off road motor bikes, what is happening to deal with this.

We did: Patrols in the area have been stepped and members of the public are beginning to to report these incidents to us. In the last three weeks one young rider recieved a warning notice for riding in a public place and later had the machine seized following a second incident. Will will continue to address this problem but do need your input as to when and where these incidents occur to assist us in dealing with this.

  • Anti-social behaviour

You said: One of our local priorities was to tackle anti-social behaviour in the Plumtre Avenue/Boutling Avenue area of Bewsey/Dallam at various times of the day throughout the week.

We did: The area PCSOs and the Beat Manager, Liz Gagen, are working with other partners, including housing associations, to collate information and deal with problem resident causing concern to their communities.

  • Break ins

You said: Another one of our priorities is to tackle vehicle and shed breaks in the local area.

We did: Officers have targetted this area on nights and this week two local men were arrested and a substantial amount of suspected stolen property recovered.
