Our priorities for this month have been set following
discussions with the community:
Kingsway, Riverside
- Anti-social behaviour - To target anti-social
behaviour on Lugsdale Road, around New Town shop and Elizabeth
court.
- Fires - To tackle those people setting fires
around Cunningham Road, Montgomery Road and Standish
Court.
Appleton
- Anti-social behaviour - To tackle anti-social
behaviour around Victoria Park.
Town Centre
- Theft - To tackle shoplifting in the Town
Centre.

From 01/04/12 to 30/04/12 - Anti-social behaviour, Appleton
You said: The last local priority set was to tackle anti-social behaviour at Victoria Park in particular with the warm weather.
We did: We have increased patrols in the Park and alcohol has been seized from individuals, either disposed of or booked into property. A man has been issued with a penalty notice for disorder. We will continue to crack down on individuals drinking alcohol in public around Widnes.

Anti-social behaviour, Kinsgway and Riverside
You said: Residents raised concerns about anti-social behaviour at Lugsdale Road, in particular, around New Town store and Elizabeth Court.
We did: Officers are gathering evidence as to who is causing problems on and around Lugsdale Road. We are working with our Community Safety ASB officer to try and issue more ABCs and ASBOs to remove these youngsters that are causing ASB problems in the area.

Anti-social behaviour, Town Centre
You said: You would like to see extra attention to The Hive due to anti-social behaviour
We did: PCSO’s have been giving The Hive extra attention. There has been one call from the park this month regarding ASB. There were no offences but a man was advised regarding his behaviour.
