Your team

Inspector Dave Snasdell

I have been the Neighbourhood Policing Inspector at Winsford since 2008. Since this time we have seen both crime and anti-social behaviour reductions year on year. To date December 2011 we are recording a 6% reduction in overall crime within the area. Anti-social behaviour recorded is down by 10%. My team has detected 32.6% of all crimes reported to date this year.

I promised that I would work hard to tackle drug issues in our community in a proactive, robust way. We continually target criminals who sell drugs in our community. We have had many successful results in the past year as a result of public support supplying information to the Police. Without your support we cannot target and take out these criminals. I would urge anyone who has information on people in our community who deal or cultivate drugs to contact the police on the below number or anonymously through crime stoppers.

I presently have five PCSO's who work in the Winsford area who are actively working in the schools and in the neighbourhoods identifying problems and hopefully resolving local issues. Please contact them if you have any concerns or problems however minor in your area.

I hope we can continue to build on our success in 2012 which is greatly increased with the support of the partner agencies who all actively assist in the Policing objectives to to keep the community of Winsford Be Safe and Feel Safe.

If anyone wishes to speak with me about issues that affect you in the Winsford, Moulton, Davenham, Byley and Shakerley areas, please give me a call on 01606 36 2574.
