Following continued anti-social behaviour a 42-year-old
local woman has been issued a five year anti-social behaviour order
(ASBO). Antoinette Hollingsworth from the Queens Road area of the
city is prohibited from drinking alcohol in any public place within
the city centre and from entering any licensed public houses,
social clubs, nightclubs, or PubWatch premises within the city.
Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated within the city and
city Police will endeavour to secure orders such as these on repeat
offenders who make life miserable for others of the community.

- Using or encouraging others to use foul, abusive, insulting,
offensive, threatening, disorderly or intimidating language or
behaviour in any public place in England or Wales or towards any
person in any public place in England or Wales

- Entering licensed public houses, licensed social clubs and
licensed nightclubs, or pubwatch premises within Chester as
