Temporary Assistant Chief Constable Nick Bailey

Nick began his career with Cheshire Constabulary 28 years ago. He started out as a PC in Warrington and spent 12 years as a constable.

He later worked in a variety of neighbourhood and detective roles, as well as being posted at headquarters where he played an integral role in a number of force change programmes.

Nick, who is married with four children, was promoted to Chief Superintendent in the People and Professional Standards Department at the end of 2016 before being appointed to the role of temporary Assistant Chief Constable in May 2017.
