From 1st March 2018 to 31st March 2018 the policing priorities for this area will be
This work is an important part of the work with the Beat Management team and consists of the following;
- Disputes between neighbours
- Off Road motorbikes ridden illegally
- Safeguarding vulnerable people with the LPU
- Retail crime at the Coliseum Business Park
We will also be concentrating on speeding outside schools and within 20mph zones.
There will be daily Trucam Operations across the LPU, that will be focused on roads that have been highlighted to the police by the public and outside schools.
Ellesmere Port Town Centre
A Designated Beat Officer will be on foot patrol on a regular basis in and around the Town Centre.
A Multi Agency meeting has been scheduled for the second week in March to discuss security and policing issues with the town.
There will be visits to all people identified as being involved with ASB within the area.
School visits will be arranged to discuss with the pupils regarding acceptable behaviour.
The parents of those involved will be invited to the police station to discuss the Policing response.

This is an important part of our daily policing routine, but it has recently been focused on the town centre. It will continue to be ever present and focused on the town centre.
Overall reported ASB in other areas of the LPU has reduced.
2 Criminal Behaviour Orders have been given to repeat offenders.
Vehicles have been speeding in various areas around Ellesmere Port
Trucam Operations outside schools and in 20mph zones across the LPU have been carried out.
Operation Crushers - Off Road Bikes - Several seizures have taken place and warnings have been given.
You wanted to see more patrols around.We did:
Increased patrols at Ellesmere Port Sports Village have seen a significant reduction in the number of reported bike thefts.
A warrant was executed at a suspects address.
Several residential disputes ongoing and several resolved.
ASB in the Town Centre - Ongoing operation to tackle this is underway and having a positive impact on the calls for service in the area.
