The Ellesmere Port West and Neston team cover the areas to the West of the town centre including Sutton, Grange, St Pauls and Netherpool. The area also covers Willaston, Thornton, Ledsham and Manor along with Neston and the surrounding rural areas before reaching the border with Merseyside.

Policing Priorities

From 1st March 2018 to 31st March 2018 the policing priorities for this area will be

This continues to be a priority at key locations.  There has been criminal damage at the Railway Station and ASB in various areas.

There will be continued high visibility patrols in all the hot spot areas.

ASB will not be tolerated.  Any incidents involving residents will be bought to the attention of the relevan housing association.

This continues to be a priority for the Ellesmere Port West and Neston areas.

This month we will be focusing on speed watch on the following roads:

B5133 Hooton Road, Hooton

B5463 Ledsham Road, Little Sutton

Burton Road, Neston

Netherpool Road

All PCSO's are now trained on using the Tru Cam Speed camera, and have been focusing on the A540, Chester High Road and there has been an increased visibility with the Community Speed Watch.

In January there has been continued high visibility and plain clothes patrols, regularly around the target areas.

In January the local Neston officers have been engaging with the local youths and have identified those youths who are intent on causing a nuisance to local residents. 

We have zero tolerance to this behaviour and this will be a continued priority.
