Appeal for witnesses following serious collision in Warrington Date published: 31st July 2017 12.20pm

Officers are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Warrington.

At 5:40pm on Friday 28 July, emergency services were called to a collision between a HGV and a motorbike on Eagle Park Drive, Warrington.

The collision occurred near to the junction with Hawley’s Lane.

The driver of the motorbike, a 25-year-old man from St, Helens, was taken to Aintree Hospital via air ambulance with serious injuries. He is described as being in a critical but stable condition.

If anyone witnessed the collision or has any information that may help officers with their enquiries is asked to contact Cheshire police on 101 quoting incident number 705 of 28 July.
