The items were recovered by officers during an investigation into a self-employed cleaner who was sentenced for stealing from her clients.

The jewellery is believed to be from clients who live in the Cheshire area.

Detective Constable Tom Philpotts said: “These items of jewellery were recovered during my investigation and sadly we have been unable to identify who they belong to. I expect that many of the items may be of sentimental value and I am keen to return them to their rightful owners.

“If you believe that any of these items of jewellery could belong to you then please get in touch with us by calling 101 and quoting 19100158257.”
