“We thank the amazing number of friends who have expressed their love for Zach from around the world and they have given us the words and strength to write this tribute to our perfect son. So here are a few words that were said over and over again by the people he touched in his 20 years here on Earth - ‘My best friend, I loved him, always happy, full of life, will never to be forgotten, so talented, never a bad word about anybody, positive never negative.’
