Police appeal for witnesses following serious collision in Warrington Date published: 24th June 2019 2.19pm

Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision on the A56 Chester Road in Warrington.

At 6.40pm on 22 June an Audi Q5 and a Honda CRB Fireblade were in collision on the A56 Chester Road at its junction with Hobb Lane in Warrington.

The rider of the motorbike, a 33-year-old man, was taken to Aintree Hospital with serious injuries. His pillion passenger, a 14-year-old boy, is believed to have minor injuries.

The driver and passenger of the car are believed to have been uninjured.
