The investigation was initially launched by Runcorn Local Policing Unit following information received from a member of the public.
After receiving the information the team launched an intensive surveillance operation which led to the seizure of a significant quantity of cannabis with an estimated street value of £3,440 and the subsequent execution of warrants in the Runcorn area on 28th October 2015.
Rob McLaughlin said: “This was a conspiracy network involving all nine men to supply Cannabis daily on a large scale in the Runcorn area. They were dealing in full view of the public and on occasions in front of children.
“This result shows that working with the community we can tackle the distribution of illegal drugs in Runcorn. We will continue to make every effort to remove drugs from our streets, improving quality of life for our community.
“Anyone with information on drug dealing in their area should contact Cheshire Police 101.”
