Constabulary to host disability forum and want your views Date published: 21st September 2016 3.27pm

Cheshire Constabulary will be hosting a disability forum on 23rd September for members of staff to raise issues and discuss how we can provide further support.

The forum is being hosted by Deputy Chief Constable Janette McCormick, who is the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) lead for Disability.  The forum will involve an open discussion about disability issues in Cheshire Constabulary and give members of staff an opportunity to provide feedback and ideas on how the force can provide further support to those with disabilities.

The themes that come out of the forum will steer future plans to help address any of the issues raised. These themes will also assist in the implementation of further initiatives, and help shape how the force supports officers and staff with disabilities.

This is an internal event for police staff but we want your views.  If you would like to raise a question or make a comment please send an email to positive.action@cheshire.pnn.police.uk.
