A 29-year-old man from Manchester has been charged with drug and driving offences following a vehicle stop in Cheshire.
Saif Hussain, of Boundary Lane, appeared at South and East Cheshire Magistrates’ Court today, Friday 19 October.
He has been charged with being concerned in the supply of a class A drug (cocaine) and driving while disqualified and without insurance.
Hussain was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Chester Crown Court on Friday 16 November.
The charges relate to a van being pulled over on the M6 northbound near to Junction 19 (Tabley) at around 12 noon yesterday, Thursday 18 October.
