Manchester men charged following attempted ATM attack in Warrington Date published: 31st October 2017 9.28am

Officers from Warrington CID have charged two men from Manchester in relation to an attempted ATM attack.

David Culshaw, 48, and Michael Culshaw, 50, were both arrested on Monday 30 October after officers conducted warrants at their homes in Greater Manchester.

The pair have subsequently been charged with a variety of offences, including Attempt theft from an automatic machine, Arson and Causing an explosion likely to endanger life/injure property.

The charges relate to an incident that occurred in the early hours of Monday 16 October outside a convenience store on Warrington Road, Risley.

Both Michael and David have been remanded in custody and are set to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court later today, Tuesday 31 October.
