Public asked for their views on the national non-emergency number Date published: 24th August 2015 12.38pm

The Home Office is asking members of the public to share their views on the national police non-emergency number, 101.

The current 101 contract is due to expire in March 2016, and ahead of this the Home Office are undertaking a review of the service to identify options for the future of the 101 service.

As part of the review, we are keen to hear the public’s views on the 101 police non-emergency number. Feedback will be used to help ensure it continues to meet the needs of the public.
