Road safety team head to CarFest North Date published: 27th July 2016 4.31pm

Cheshire Police will be on hand for this year's CarFest North to speak to spectators about road safety.

The motoring event, which is held in aid of Children in Need, takes place from 29th to 30th July at Bolesworth Hall.

Cheshire Police will share a stand with Cheshire West and Chester and Highways England. The stand will include a selection of vehicles including the new concept BMW I8 Hyperceptor.

Road Safety Officer Andy Taylor said: "CarFest provides an excellent opportunity for us to engage with motorists and promote safer, more responsible driving.

"We always receive positive feedback from the public when attending events such as this and encourage anyone attending the festival to come over and speak to us."
