Teenagers arrested for theft and going equipped to steal Date published: 7th October 2016 12.46pm

Warrington officers arrested two teenagers yesterday morning (Thursday 6 October), after they failed to comply with a police stop check.

At around 3am, officers saw the two acting suspiciously as they cycled along Lymmhay Lane, Lymm. The 15 year-old-boy and 19 year-old-man, both from the Partington area, were in possession of equipment that could be used to steal. The two bikes they were riding are also thought to have been stolen.

Both have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
