Three men charged with firearm and drug offences Date published: 26th June 2019 9.53am

Detectives from the Serious and Organised Crime Unit have charged three men with drug and firearm offences.

Kane Birch, aged 23, of Ainsbrook Avenue in Manchester has been charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply cocaine and heroin and being in possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Dean Murphy, aged 20, of no fixed address, has been charged with being in possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Macauley Peacock, aged 24, of Kilmaine Avenue in Blackley, Manchester has been charged with being in possession of a firearm and ammunition.

 

The charges relate to arrests made at a hotel in Warrington at 10am on Tuesday 25 June.


All have been remanded into custody and will appear at Warrington Magistrates Court on 26 June.
