The eighth person we're focusing on is PC John Millar

About John

PC John MillarJohn Millar is a roads policing officer who has more than 27 years’ service with Cheshire Police, which has included 21-years with the force Motorcycle team.

As a Roads Policing Officer John’s main priority is disrupting criminality on the roads and reducing the number of casualties on the roads through the three E’s – Enforcement, Educating and Engineering.

John said: “I am proud to work as a motorcycle officer as I’m helping to make Cheshire’s roads a safer place.

"I deal with all aspects of roads policing from responding to emergencies, dealing with collisions – and often casualties, educating drivers, disrupting criminals and working across borders to keep our communities safe.”
