Widnes man charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent Date published: 25th August 2016 11.58am

A man from Widnes appeared in court yesterday after he was charged three offences, including possession of an imitation firearm with intent.

Jack Alexander Fenney, 21, was arrested on Tuesday 23 August following an incident on Widnes Road, Widnes.

Following questioning Fenney, of Green Oaks Path, Widnes, was charged with Affray, possession with intent to supply Class B drugs and possession of an imitation firearm with intent.

Fenney appeared at North Cheshire Magistrates yesterday, 24 August, where he was remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Crown Court on 22 September 2016.
