Appeal for information after man found with injuries in Crewe

Detectives are appealing for information after a man was found with serious head injuries in Crewe.
At 10.45pm on Sunday 26 January the 36-year-old man was found by a member of the public near to the Delamere Arms pub on Underwood Lane.
He was taken to Leighton Hospital by ambulance where he remains in a stable condition.
Officers are urging anyone who may have been in the area of Underwood Lane between 9pm and 11pm on Sunday 26 January to come forward.
Detective Constable Natalie Carthy, of Crewe Local Policing Unit, said: “We have been following a number of lines of enquiry to establish how this man has sustained these injuries.
“As part of our investigation I am urging the public to come forward with information.
“If you were in the area at the time, were driving nearby or have any information which could help, please get in touch.”
