Police have released a CCTV image of a man they’d like to speak to following the theft of a car and bank cards.
Sometime between 10am on 18 September and 6am on 19 September someone gained access to an address in Fir Street, Widnes and stole the keys to a Vauxhall Astra and bank cards. They then fled the scene with the car before abandoning it on Rice Lane.
They then used the stolen bank cards.
