Police in Crewe are appealing for information following reports of suspicious activity in the Ruskin Road area of the town.
Officers have received two reports of a man who has been walking slowly near to women and playing inappropriate videos on his mobile phone.
Both of the incidents took place on Ruskin Road between 4.40pm and 5.05pm on Tuesday 30 November.
The man is described as of eastern European origin, around 5’ 5” tall and in his 40’s.
Inspector Andrew Smith, of Crewe Local Policing Unit, said: “Enquiries in relation to these incidents are ongoing and we are doing all we can to trace the person responsible.
“Patrols have been stepped up in the area and I urge anyone with any concerns to speak to an officer.”
