Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a filling station and post office in Malpas.
At 8.40pm on 3 January, three men in dark clothing and wearing balaclavas forced their way into the Smithy Filling Station in Wrexham Road, Malpas and stole a quantity of cigarettes.
They then made off in a small vehicle in the direction of Wrexham.
Detectives are making a number of enquiries in the area and are appealing for witnesses.
DC Kelly Birch said:
“I’d urge anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area or anyone who has captured on dash cam something that may help our investigation to contact us.”
