Police are appealing for witnesses and video footage following a serious collision in Widnes.
At around 4.40pm on Wednesday 4 May, police we’re called to reports of a collision on Victoria Road, Widnes.
Officers attended the scene and found there had a collision between a pedestrian and a bus, near to the junction of Kingsway and Moor Lane.
The pedestrian, A 14-year-old boy, was taken to Alder Hey Hospital; his condition is currently described as critical but stable.
Enquiries in relation to the incident are ongoing and officers are keen to hear from anyone with any information that may aid their investigation.
