Detectives are appealing for information following an indecent exposure in Blacon.
At around 10.40pm on Monday 2 May, a woman was walking along Saughall Road when she heard a whistle.
The woman turned back and saw a man, who was stood near to the entrance of a cycle path, had exposed himself. He then fled the area.
The man is described as white, aged in his 30s, of an average build. He was wearing dark clothing and possibly had a hood up.
Officers are now appealing to anyone who may have any information to get in touch.
Detective Sergeant Rebecca Lawson said: "I know that this incident will cause concern in the local community but I want the public to know that we have a number of enquiries underway.
"We have not received any reports of similar offences in the area and are doing all we can to track down the man responsible.
"Locals may see an increase in patrols and I would urge anyone who has any concerns to please speak to an officer.
"As part of our ongoing enquiries, I would like to appeal to anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage from around the area at the time of the incident.
"The same goes to anyone who was in the area and believes that they may have seen the offender or something that didn't look quite right.
"Any information that you feel could be relevant, please get in touch with us."
