Man from Widnes wanted in connection with modern slavery offence

Police in Widnes are appealing to members of the public to help locate a man wanted in connection with a modern slavery offence.

Sean Fell is from Widnes and also has links to Merseyside.

The 34-year-old is described as approximately 5’8” and of a proportionate build with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Anyone who sees Fell or has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call Cheshire Constabulary on 101 or to visit the website and quote 21000136933.
