Police are continuing to appeal for information following a fatal collision in Warrington.
At around 9.30pm on Monday 18 July, officers were called to reports of a collision on Holcroft Lane.
Sadly, 17-year-old Ben Smith, from Irlam, died at the scene.
His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
A 13-year-old boy was taken to hospital with serious injuries. He has since been discharged.
Enquiries in relation to the collision are ongoing and officers are appealing to anyone who may have been on Holcroft Lane between 9pm to 9.30pm on that evening.
The same goes to anyone who may have dashcam footage of a blue Suzuki moped or may have seen the vehicle in the area on that day.
Anyone with information is urged to report it via the Cheshire Police website quoting IML 1320718 or call 101.
