Police investigating a burglary at an address in Great Warford are appealing for information from the public.
Sometime between 10pm on Wednesday 17 August and 5.45am on Thursday 18 August, an unknown offender gained entry to a property on Warford Hall Drive.
Once inside the address, a number of high value items were stolen, including, a Swarovski riding helmet and a number of designer shoes.
Officers are now appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
PC Mark Stringer said: “Home is where someone should feel the safest but when a burglar strikes, it no longer feels a safe place.
“I want to reassure the local community that enquiries in relation to this incident are ongoing and that we are committed to ensuring those responsible are brought to justice.
“As part of our enquiries we are appealing to anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage from the Warford Hall area at the time of the incident to contact us.
“The same goes to anyone who may have witnessed anything or may have information that they believe could assist in our investigation.”
Anyone with information or footage that may aid the ongoing investigation should visit the website or call 101, quoting IML 1345145.
Information can be passed on to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
