Officers investigating a number of shoplifting offences at a shop in Warrington have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to.
Two incidents of shoplifting were reported at the Tesco Express store in Winwick Road, Warrington.
The first occurred at 10.45pm on Sunday 10 September. The second occurred at 11.15pm on Monday 25 September.
During both incidents, a man has exited the store without paying for various items. It is believed he is local to the area and on both occasions left the scene on foot.
Officers have now released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in relation to these incidents.
PC Sam Horton said:
“Enquiries are currently ongoing and as part of our investigation, we would like to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV image.
“If anyone recognises this man, please contact us via cheshire.police.uk/tell-us or call 101, quoting IML-1654528.
“I would also like to appeal directly to the man pictured to come forward.”
