A man who was arrested following a fail to stop collision in Widnes has now been charged.
Anthony Campbell was arrested on Saturday 12 October following a collision on Leigh Avenue, Widnes.
The 25-year-old had since been charged with driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, failing to stop after a collision and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Campbell, of Abbey Close, Widnes, has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court on Monday 14 October.
The charges relate to a collision on Leigh Avenue, at around 11.50pm on Friday 11 October involving a black Mercedes and a grey Audi A1.
The occupants of the Audi, a 23-year-old man and two women aged 18 and 21, sustained serious injuries and were taken to hospital.
