Officers investigating a burglary at an address in Warrington in which a vehicle was stolen are appealing for those with information or footage to come forward.
On Friday 22 November, police received reports of a burglary at an address in Poplars Avenue, Warrington. The caller reported the incident had occurred overnight, during the early hours of Friday morning.
During the incident, access had been gained to the property and car keys had been stolen. A white Volkswagen Golf R was subsequently stolen from outside the property.
Officers investigating the burglary are now appealing for anyone with any information or footage to get in touch with them.
Detective Sergeant Christian Gordon said:
“Firstly, we would like to reassure the community that we are committed to doing all we can to trace whoever may be responsible for this incident.
“To aid our enquiries we would like to appeal to anyone with any CCTV, video doorbell, or dashcam footage from Poplars Avenue, particularly between the hours of 1.30am and 3.15am on Friday 22 November to get in touch with us.
“We would also like to ask anyone with any information or who may have seen anything suspicious to contact us.
