At 2.50am on Thursday 14 November, police were called to reports of a burglary at the Co-op store in Bromley Road, Congleton.
Officers attended and found that unknown offenders had gained access to the store and stole a quantity of cash from the tills.
As part of ongoing enquiries into the incident, officers would like anyone who may have any information to contact them.
Detective Sergeant Laura Fox said:
“We appreciate this incident occurred during the very early hours of the morning, but we would like to appeal to anyone who may have witnessed what happened or noticed anything suspicious either before or after the incident.
“The same goes for anyone who may have captured anything relevant on CCTV, video doorbell, or dashcam footage.
“You can report information to Cheshire Police via cheshire.police.uk/tell-us, or call 101, quoting IML-1962379.”
