Police are appealing for witnesses following an altercation in the street in Warrington.
At 1.50pm on Tuesday 12 November there was an altercation between a group of people in Marsh Street.
During the altercation a man was assaulted by another. The victim then left in a car prior to police attending and officers are trying to locate him and the car. The car’s rear window was smashed during the incident.
Officers are appealing for CCTV and dashcam footage of the incident and the car leaving the area.
As part of enquiries into the incident a 39-year-old man has been arrested.
