Police are appealing for information following an indecent exposure in Widnes.
Sometime between 7pm and 7.30pm on Wednesday 8 May two teenage boys were followed by a man as they walked onto the pedestrian bridge over Watkinson Way heading towards Page Lane. The man called out to them before exposing himself.
The boys alerted a man on a bike who chased after the suspect.
The suspect is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall and of slim to medium build. He had blond hair, a blue long-sleeved top, black trousers and black shoes.
DC Phil Jackson said:
“The same man had been on the 110 bus from Warrington to Widnes. I’d urge anyone who recognises the description or has any information that may help us with our investigation to contact us.”
Anyone with information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or via www.cheshire.police.uk//tell-us quoting IML 1818996. Alternatively, information can be given anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
