Police are appealing for witnesses and video footage following a burglary in Northwich.
Shortly after 6pm on Friday 17 January, police were called to report of an incident at an address on Stubbs Lane, Lostock Gralam.
The caller reported that a group of three unknown men had forced entry into the address and stole a number of items.
The men then fled the address and got into a car which was waiting nearby, they then drove in the direction of Northwich.
All three men were dressed in black clothing and were wearing black balaclavas.
Police Constable Dean Butterworth, of Northwich Proactive CID, said:
"To know that somebody has targeted your home – a place you should feel safe in, is sickening, and we are committed to doing all we can to trace the people responsible.
“Enquiries in relation the incident are ongoing, and officers are keen to hear from anyone with any information or video footage which may aid our investigation.”
Anyone with information or footage that may aid the ongoing investigation should visit the website or call 101, quoting IML 2007605.
