Police appeal to locate wanted man with links to Widnes and Runcorn

Police are appealing for help from the public in locating a 28-year-old wanted man with links to Widnes and Runcorn.
Thomas Whitley, from Merseyside, is wanted in relation to breach of court bail.
He is described as around 6’2” tall, of a slim build, bald, with blue eyes.
He has links to Widnes, Cronton, Merseyside and Runcorn.
