Officers have released a CCTV image of a man they are looking to speak to in relation to an incident in Stockton Heath.
At around 4.22pm on Saturday 2 December, officers in Warrington responded that a vehicle had been damaged at an address on West Avenue, Stockton Heath.
Officers attended the scene and found that an unknown man had caused substantial damage to the bodywork of the vehicle, a Black Audi RS, using a sharp object.
The man is described as white with short grey hair and, at the time of the incident, he was wearing a flat cap and a suede jacket.
Officers have now released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in relation to this incident.
Police Constable William Austin, of Warrington Beat Team, said:
“Enquiries are currently ongoing and as part of our investigation, we would like to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV image.
“If anyone recognises this man, please contact us via cheshire.police.uk/tell-us or call 101, quoting 23001222766
